Because he has a multi-billion dollar company and his lawyers have advised him not to until the audit is over. Yes, I know the IRS says it is okay but his lawyers are against it.

So why is Hillary not releasing her emails again and why are so many of her staff members pleading the fifth? Even though she has nothing to be ashamed of it was a simple mistake on her part? Ah thats right. Lawyers.

EVERY presidential candidate has released their taxes for 40 years. Has any presidential candidate released their emails? Did George W do it? Did McCain?Did Romney? Did Obama?

Were they embroiled in a huge scandal involving those emails?

How do you know he was following the tax system in place? Did he send his tax returns to you? So a billionaire paying no taxes is smart BUT the middle class paying their fair share of taxes is stupid? You are really middle class and really stupid.

The problem is the system. And, FWIW, I do not know--but with this administration the way it is, I am pretty sure that if he were doing anything illegal with them that he would be charged with that. Look what the IRS did to the Tea Party. And, today, I read the DOJ is going after Theil's company for racial discrimination.

And, how can you complain about this with all the things that Hillary has done without prosecution. Now that we know that she was emailing with Obama under a pseudonym, you can be sure that she was NEVER going to be prosecuted because he would be complicit. Giving immunity to her staff is NOT usual.

Has Trump ever said he wants to change the system so that there are no tax deductions that he can take? I don't think so. In fact, he wants to reduce his overall tax rate, and keep those deductions. Neither will make him pay anymore in taxes. You are gullible.

Why exactly do you think anyone should pay more taxes? The treasury is already collecting record amounts of taxes. We don't have a tax problem in this country. We have a spending problem. Our elected officials need to stop treating our tax dollars like Monopoly money.

An anonymous woman has twice filed civil suits against Trump accusing him of raping her when she was 13 years old. The first lawsuit was filed in California, but dismissed due to technical filing errors. The case was refiled in New York, but just over a week ago, the woman voluntarily withdrew her lawsuit. Her lawyer said that an additional witness has been identified and a new lawsuit will be filed.

I detest Trump as much as anyone but you don't voluntarily dismiss a lawsuit because a new "witness" has been located.

Take it up with the woman's lawyer. Here is what he said:

"An additional witness has been identified and her declaration will accompany the new complaint."

Trump said it was smart to not pay taxes - if it is true that he has gamed his money to avoid taxes, then sure, he is smart, but he is also a freeloader.

I'm sure he pays plenty of other taxes. It proves what is wrong with our income tax system. Far too many loopholes. As far as freeloading, he has created lots of jobs and probably has helped our economy far more in this way. He pays payroll taxes, etc, and his employees contribute. Do I like it? No. Would you do differently? Do you not take advantage of every tax break you can get? We do--but, of course, we pay what I consider a lot in taxes.

And, he is right. The money is squandered by people like Hillary.

This. He was following the tax system in place. Should he have offered to pay taxes he didn't owe?

If he's following the tax system in place, why is he getting audited every year?

If he's paying no taxes, then he's not generating much in the way of profits. He could be over leveraged.

Obviously stupid chumps for Trump switch to some thing else. If you feel a billionaire paying zero tax is fine and the system can continue as it is, then you are truly conned.

This is not about Hillary. FBI has investigated and there is no prosecutable case. Everyone did what was allowed by law. End of story. Now for Chumps, unless everybody gives the results they want, then there is a conspiracy.

If GOP has been chasing Hillary for over 25 years to implicate her in some case and failed, it means either she is innocent all along OR She is so smart and shrewd to outwit the entire legal system of this country despite being hounded out for decades. Either way, I prefer Hillary.

It's got a lot more going for it than Juanita Broaddrick's case. Decades old, prosecutor declined to charge, because she denied the accusations in a sworn deposition. Yet that one is still alive in the minds of conservatives.

And that spending problem is mainly for social security, medicare, and military(75%). I am fine with scrapping Social security and medicare for the wealthy. I am fine with cutting the military budget, bringing back the US military from the middle east fighting oil wars of the past. But then the republicans don't want to do any of it. So they are no different than democrats when it comes to spending cuts. Remember Reagan said "Deficits dont matter". So why do you care?

Republicans are currently at fault for trying to break the sequester limits.

What ever happened to those speeches Hillary gave at Goldman Sachs? Has she released the transcripts already?

Trump and HRC are both hiding stuff.

Except that tax returns are expected by the public. Whereas the constant Trump demands are more of a fishing expedition.

There is a tradition of releasing tax returns in this country.

Everyone gives speeches. But there is no tradition of releasing transcripts in this country. If you want to ask you should really ask Trump what he tells in private about blacks and the rapist hispanics? While you are at it, how about Trump release all of his speeches in his company board room. That way we can get to know what really happens with his tax returns.
