I really feel like men just cannot think properly when infatuated with a woman.

Why WHY would you use your work email to have an affair with a co-worker? Looks consensual, and that maybe she turned it him after putting up with years of this relationship with him and finally realizing he wasn't going to leave his wife. So she turns him in. I hope she gets fired too though

Opps, sorry i haven't seen it.

I think the real problem is that he used his work email. If he hadn't I don't know there would be grounds to fire him over his personal life choices if he didn't harass or assault or something, which it doesn't appear to be the case at all. But it makes me wonder if she was using her work email too? and is she getting fired for this?

Saw it happen between 2 dogs in another country. A white poodle in a pink vest wandered out where a vagabond dog was and she was in heat because they paired right away. Another male dog went up to them curious and the mating male dog snarled at him. Then they unpaired and the vagabond ran off.

Because she was his subordinate.

I’m not against coworkers dating, but anytime there’s a power difference, there’s room for problems. The subordinate could get or expect special favors, and there’s a long history of those in power using their position to demand sexual favors. Relationships always need to be disclosed to HR to make sure there’s no conflict and to protect both parties.

It also reflects poorly on the university. People are going to be upset their kids’ tuition is paying for a creep to have an affair.

Because women don't actually want sex for pleasure. They only do it because they were manipulated. Don't you know this in the year 2022? Women don't have agency to engage in sex like men do

Unclear what happened. Looks like she got upset that he was stringing her along. He just wanted to play — typical.

Well these types of rule will make it hard for some women to improve their station in life. The rule is pretty misogynistic if you think about it. It take the choice away for women.

+1. There is a power differential and so the board did the right thing. I don’t understand why he used the university email. I’m wondering if he did this in the past and never got caught and so became complacent enough to use university emails, or that he never did this before and so wasn’t smart enough to know how to proceed.
