What to eat with oatmeal for more calories?

Need to add more calories to breakfast. I eat a bowl of oatmeal made with almond milk ,cream and fruit.

Finding myself hungry before lunch so need to add something.

I can't have eggs, sausage, bacon or nuts.

No dairy either? What about coconut - nut is too vague since coconut is tree nut but if you mean all nuts then honestly you are left with avocado on the side or some type of smoked salmon.

Um, eat more? A bigger portion? Add yogurt, protein powder or chia seeds? Or just eat something else as well? I like to have a bowl of cereal first and then eat some dinner leftovers.

Why not have some greek yogurt on the side to up your protein. You could also add high fiber granola to the oatmeal for some crunch.

How much cream are you adding? I feel like more fat or fiber will help your hunger before lunch, at least if there are no nuts or meat. Flax seeds are great with oatmeal, and cinnamon will keep sugar levels in check (instead of spiking and crashing to stir hunger). You could also add a yogurt smoothie if you just want something more to go with your oatmeal.

Dice up an apple and add it - full of fiber and will keep you full

I do overnight oats which fills me up similar to this though mine has yogurt and milk (or your cream) add in more fruit. The protein powder is good for feeling full too.

I love roasting my own almonds and adding them to oatmeal.

I think you need to google for savory oatmeal bowls, instead of trying to think of sweet additions.

Why don’t you use milk instead of almond milk? Then just add some chopped almonds. I also put flax seed into oatmeal offen to increase fiber and omegas and protein. That will help a lot with the fullness. I eat oatmeal on court and deposition days in case we run through lunch—it’s the one meal that will keep me full and give me lasting energy.
