University of Pennsylvania law professor Amy Wax has a history of racist comments. While she previously has targeted black people, her most recent focus has been on Asians. Here is some of what she had to say:

I am shocked, shocked I say, that this person would find common ground with Enoch Powell and Charles Murray. It is interesting that her main complaint is that Asians support Democrats. Is anyone surprised that Asians don't flock to a party with members such as Wax? |
No surprise, from a Trumpster like Wax. Well at least she can keep her side's Asians like Andy Ngo, Tim Pool, and Michelle Malkin |

The comments to that article are insane. Some of them are even arguing that progressives have UNFAIRLY stigmatized the words "white nationalism." Ell-Oh-Ell. This country is in for some rough times.
Good twitter thread on this matter: Also, Amy Wax is a big time speaker with Fed Soc: https://fedsoc.org/past-events?speaker=amy-wax I hope people begin to understand that Fed Soc is cesspool for these types of "thinkers" to gather. |

I assume she must have tenure. This is a case where she really should be dismissed if possible - like how can she possibly be fair or create a good environment for all her students with these views.
It is weird how it goes because over the last few years there have been many who have lost out on jobs or opportunities based on either almost nothing or some past misstep. |

As an Asian American, and former R, this is why I can no longer be part of the R party. It's moved too far right, and the racist aholes are now allowed to come out of the closet, and embraced by the R party.
I don't identify with liberals/progressives. My family is fairly conservative and supports the "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" mentality, as do many immigrants. But I cannot in good conscience be part of a party that embraces such outright racism like this. Prior to Trump, racists and outrageous comments like this would've been shutdown and repudiated by the R leaders. Not anymore. They know that their base supports people like this person, claiming it's just being "unPC", and "saying it like it is", when really, it just means embracing the racism amongst your group. I'm sure, though, this person doesn't feel this way about Trump supporting Asian Americans, like a large % of Vietnamese Americans who come from a sh1thole country. Ironic, no?
Hopefully, Jeff doesn't delete this post. I'm only repeating what Trump said about immigrants from poor countries, and stating statistics. My own parents came here from a former sh1thole country. |
Yes, she has tenure at Penn Law. |

too bad a law professor supports a criminal. But then, some lawyers are also criminals and nutjobs, as we've seen in the past year. All tied to a UPenn alumni. Funny that.
I wonder what she would've thought of Trump as a student. I heard his professors thought he was the dumbest student they ever had. |
| And yet, if we complain, we are "cancelling" her and we don't believe in free speech on college campuses. Urggghhhh! |
| There is some crazy $hit coming out of UPenn lately. Must be something in the water........ (pun intended). |
Imagine being an Asian American in her class.
|
No I can't. She should be cancelled, fired and whatever other bad things there are! |
Imagine how she grades minorities, then believes they’re less capable. |
| If a nonwhite professor said horrible things about white people, white people would send death threats, and Trump would bully this person on social media, telling his followers to boycott that university. oh, nevermind, the majority of his supporters aren't educated and think higher education is useless. |
Every minority who has ever had her class and gotten a bad grade should question their low grades. |

Thanks for sharing this Jeff.
I'm an Asian American who is also a Republican. I don't believe her views represent the mainstream in the Republican party. The existence of people like her doesn't change my preference for political positions aligned with classical liberalism, which currently is the Republican party. There are terrible people who call themselves Republicans and I am not going to abandon my values just because there are some bad people who hold abhorrent views also have these same values. |
