Neither top player appeared to be 100%. Sloppy game.

The Visi game was a very close contest. I really thought Visi would win by a bigger margin. Potomad had a lead in the 4th.

We will find out whether this was a hard fought scrappy game by two hungry teams, or if it was sloppy lacrosse by two average teams tomorrow when Potomac plays good competition.

Hard to fall in the rankings if you play lesser quality teams and never lose. It’s shameful.

Ironically, they are coached by Capital coaches who don’t believe in wins and losses?
Jealous? Haters gonna hate. Go Saints!!! You have looked at college ranking they work pretty similar so get your panties wrapped around that too!

I have no affiliation to the coach or program but huge US Lacrosse shoutout to KJ reaching her 900th career win at SSSA in 50 years! You can’t deny her being the most winningest coach in high school history. Congrats!

Amazing legacy.

Congratulations to KJ. A pioneer for girl's lacrosse in the DMV.

As a former soccer dad, whose daughter picked lacrosse only in Grade 6 and never looked back, I am grateful to KJ for helping lead and foster the development of the sport for girls and women in this region and beyond across decades. That epic (and epoch) level impact. Almost 110 D1 programs now.

And I don't have to watch any 0-0 soccer games. I can watch an exciting, thriving sport and my kid can pursue her dreams. Thanks in no small part to Kathy Jenkins.

Airball. Don't even understand the response.

Potomac v Stone Ridge. Heard it went to triple OT. Anyone who say it want to give us the rundown? Closer than anticipated.

Potomac started out ahead. SR was aggressive and went on a run. SR got a bunch of yellow cards including one for their coach who apparently wakes up everyday and eats a bowl of bit*hy for breakfast. Potomac came back. The game was tied. 3 overtimes. Could have gone either way. Both teams are good.

ISL AA. As one who like to see disruption and upsets, I think we have enough information to say that this is not the year that Holy Child or Holton break into the top 4 in the ISL. Could Holy Child compete with Potomac toward the end of the season if they improve? Maybe, but I don't see any other possible wins for the "next two".

And for the Bullis booster, they appear to be slightly improved, but are not going to beat any of those 6 teams.

As for the the ISL A level, some speculated that Sidwell might step up. Then they lost to St. Mary's Ryken. Only remaining potential interesting development I see, is whether NCS can compete. They simply haven't played much lacrosse yet, but should be ready to take the ISL A on paper. If they handle Sidwell tomorrow, then the Holton Arms game next week might be worth watching.

How was this match up?
