Anyone have a discount code for the Gaylord National Harbor - "ICE" show coming soon?

Living social has a deal on this again today.

Can I just say - I went and HATED it. It was a total mob scene, making it very hard to enjoy the sculptures. We went at 10:30 with a 2 1/2 year old. I will never go back. That's not to say you shouldn't go, but I was just so intent on loving it, crowds don't usually bother me, and I was really disappointed.

Oh, and there is A LOT of waiting around. You get there, they make you sit in a room for 10 minutes of annoucements in movies (you are lucky if you make it in in the first pool, otherwise you have to wait for that first group to go, which means you are waiting for 20 or 30 minutes before you go anywhere). Then again in line to get your parkas (we dressed warmly, but the room is a constant 9 degress, so get the parka, seriously). Then you get in there and there isn't *that* much to see, and it's hard to see it with the elbowy teenagers and double strollers. Just things I wish I'd known...

II4ICE still works!

AWESOME! Thank you 114ICE worked for me, and three bucks per ticket saved - 12.00 in total!! You are awesome, thanks for posting!

210ICE is another discount.

If you have to pay anywhere near full price for these tickets, imho, ICE is not worth it. Long lines (yes, multiple lines), rude staff and the parkas are only cleaned once a week. #FAIL

114Ice worked like a charm. Someone out there saved me some money. Thanks.

I agree. The Ice show was underwhelming. We stayed the night, had a suite, had a nice dinner in the hotel, saw the indoor snow fall then went to Rosa Mexicano the next day for lunch and I'd the indoor ice skating. Fine for one time but never again.

Agree with both PPs- what a waste of time - wish I hadn't gone even one time.

I saw a DOD for this today, either livingsocial or groupon. I have no interest in going myself.

How are the other events outside of ICE?

Thinking of going this week. How is it this year?

Thanks for the promo codes! As of 11/21/2012, both 114ICE and 210ICE are working!

I will be seeing it tomorrow for the first time but my parents go every year and love it. They've taken my son in the past (when he was 5 and 6), and he seemed to enjoy it - only complaint was that he was cold despite being bundled up. I'm going with my parents and my kids (ages 7 and 3) tomorrow; I'll try to remember and post about how I liked it).

Better use the code and see it while you can. Once the casinos open, the area won't be child friendly anymore.
