More foolishness from you. These are close elections in the few states that decide presidential winners. Biden was chosen to be a winner of these states and he succeeded. He intends to do it again which includes fighting back against spoilers. |
And, the DNC has an army of lawyers working to deny access to third-party candidates. Another example of the "lawfare" that the Democrats love to engage in.

Biden will win the popular vote by multi-millions of votes. Trump only wins the electoral college if a spoiler helps him. |
Once again, fighting on policy? Go for it. If Biden, and his policies are so great, he should be able to win despite any third-party candidates. Sounds like you think he may not be the strong candidate you promote him as. |
Sounds like you are ignorant about presidential elections. Trump is fighting to win with spoilers and Biden is fighting to win by countering that strategy. oh well. |
Reminder that JFK was talked into this race by Steve Bannon. |
That’s not blocking ballot access. That’s pointing out the breaking of the few paltry campaign finance laws we have, and checking to see if the aforesaid set rules about signatures and deadlines are being followed. You wouldn’t want any fraud, right? I thought you all hated fraud. |
So when do we stop using electoral college to put a stop to these spoiler shenanigans
Interestingly Republicans oppose direct voting https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2023/09/25/majority-of-americans-continue-to-favor-moving-away-from-electoral-college/ Well it did give them 3 elections when they lost popular vote https://www.nytimes.com/article/the-electoral-college.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare |
The DNC conducts lawfare by bringing suit after suit after suit attempting to slow down their opponent from getting on ballots and forcing them to pay $$$ in lawsuits. We have seen their tactics. Hopefully, they will not work this time around. |
Never. Sorry. It is part of our Constitution. Good luck forcing an amendment. |
Ah a Republican who loves how states rights allows them to push through laws and policies by manipulating rural populations in low population states. This is a fundamental flaw of the constitution in the modern age, I can’t believe the rule of the minority over the majority was their vision. But we managed to pass Civil Rights Amendment, so I will hold out hope. |
Minority rule is terrible. We just had it with Trump in 2016 and look at what happened. He made sure to get SCOTUS in place to overturn Roe which is drastically unpopular and yet we are all stuck with it.
Sure there is a huge backlash and voters have turned on the GOP in many elections as would be expected. But how is that a sensible way to govern ourselves? |
