| Honestly raising a child in this area is so expensive and time consuming and the amount of men available that you'd want around you with a 5 year old are so small. Some woman was just killed meeting up with someone on OLD this week. I would just stay married and not sleep with him anymore. Raise your daughter and just have a platonic relationship. There doesn't seem to be a reason to divorce other than this idea that you could remarry and it's just not worth it with a kid that young. When they are driving age maybe. |

To give you some perspective OP, I ended up divorcing because my ex was bringing in people left and right and abusing finances as well and I've had to move to a 2 bedroom apartment to keep our finances in check. Growing up my friend's dad lived in the basement so that they could keep their daughter in the same school system. That's how it was done a generation ago. |

2. They will tell you what steps to take next. 3. Do not move out or ask your spouse to move out. Cheating does not automatically give you the right to stay in the residence and force the other spouse out. Listen to your divorce attorney, not random people on the internet. GL. |
