Trump's lawyer John Eastman wrote a memo on how to do a coup. Sedition 100%.

Thank you Trumpers for helping these complete sub-humans try and kill Democracy.

This is jaw-dropping.

Literally the blueprint for a coup.

This strategy was discussed at length right here on DCUM.
Not a shock.
Not surprising.
Now imagine the republicans getting more nut jobs further up that food chain. Where they won’t balk at antics like this.
Truly a handful of people stood in the way of the demise of democracy. Unlikely they will be there next time.

Nothing to see here. It didn't happen. Sourcing is suspect. Dont be hysterical. Both sides do it. Milley committed treason. Biden is old. Free the political prisoners. Did I miss anything?

True that. This plan was being discussed in real time and we were told it was just fear mongering.

For years, sedition has been considered unconstitutional under the First Amendment, in legal circles. All the way up until January 5.

Until January 6.

A couple of small picture thoughts while I gather my big picture thoughts:

A ) Mike Lee is totally getting a Trumpy primary opponent out of this
B ) There is NOTHING that Woodward won’t sit on until his book is published. This would have been really useful for the Senate removal vote after the second impeachment

It’s always fun to theorize. When the rubber meets the road, we don’t really want to see the end of democracy.

For those who are wondering whoTF John Eastman is, he wrote the Newsweek op-ed saying Kamala Harris wasn’t eligible to be VP that Newsweek later had to apologize for.

I was told that when I said I thought Trump was going to find a way to stay in power. I have been told that when I've predicted that that at least one swing state in 2024 will invalidate the results of the popular vote for the Dem for President and certify the Republican electors.

I'm not really sure at what point this is addressed head on with Republicans. I think we may already be past the point where it will matter.

He's also the former dean of Chapman University School of Law, clerked for Clarence Thomas, and found the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, which is affiliated with The Claremont Institute. Claremont was always recognized as conservative, but this is a whole new level.

You are kidding right?

National Review has already vetted this. Yeah your magazine of traitors vetted this item.

Try again.

John Eastman should at the very least be disbarred.

Yes they tried a coup luckily they failed. Next time they won't and you will be in bread lines. Trumpets are so stupid. Be careful what you wish for moron. Better yet leave the US you hate it here.
