SOME's 20th Annual Trot for Hunger

The 20th Annual SOME Trot for Hunger returns in-person on Thanksgiving Morning, 11/25! Don’t miss the largest and only DC-based Turkey Trot for this family-friendly timed or untimed 5K and Little Turkey 1-Miler! All funds raised support SOME and help benefit thousands of our DC neighbors, including families, veterans, and the elderly, by providing much-needed food, housing, access to healthcare, employment training, and long-term comprehensive addiction treatment programs. If you won't be in DC on Thanksgiving Day, you can still sign up to participate virtually. Head to www.SOME.org to learn more or email trotforhunger@some.org with questions!

Monarch Preschool College Park invites you to Fall into Fun! We will be holding virtual tours on Friday, October 15, 2021 between 8 am and 4 pm. Come in costume and have a spooktacular time exploring our 100 room Mansion — decorated special for Halloween. — Individual bag of Trick-or-Treat Candy — Cash bar (must be seated to drink) (last admittance 9:00PM) MUSEUM CLOSES AT 11PM O Museum in The Mansion has over 100 rooms and 70 secret doors (yes 70!). We guarantee you can see at least 60 of our legendary rooms — but be warned secret doors are tricky to find — if you find 2 or 3 you are an above average sleuth.
