Bethesda Chevy Chase HS's popular Used Book Sale will be back, bigger than ever! Two days to shop more than 45,000 gently used hardcover and paperback books, carefully sorted into over 60 categories, including children's, science fiction/fantasy, fiction, mystery, biography, history, art, travel, self-help, religion, gender studies, holidays, and "vintage and collectibles." Most books are priced from $1-$3. Sunday afternoon will present a special sale. Proceeds from the sale benefits numerous student activities. March 11, 2017, 10 am - 5 pm and March 12, 2017, 10 am - 3pm. Come early, shop often!!

In preparation for the huge sale, we will be collecting used books donations; please drop off your donations at B-CC HS off East West Highway. We will accept books in good condition of all genres as well as DVDs.

Christina Schultz, former Postpartum Support Virginia volunteer and current Pre-Licensed Counselor, New Directions Counseling Group, has developed a $25 seminar on Friday October 14th from 2:00pm to 3:30pm to support 8 expectant moms to create a mental health postpartum plan and build resilience. This program is particularly need and well suited for both moms who have had a history of postpartum depression and/or anxiety, and/or a history of depression, anxiety, and/or grief.
