Studies show practicing yoga helps children build confidence, concentration and self-esteem. It improves flexibility and balance, teaches kids how to exercise, and helps off-the-mat athletics from soccer to swimming.

In this fun and active 10-week series for kids, our 60-minute classes include poses, stories and games to help grow.

Our Fall Series begins the week of Sept. 11 with:
-5-7 year olds on Mondays at 4:15
- 8-12 year olds on Wednesdays at 4:15
- Teens: 13+ on Fridays at 4:15

Note: The designated ages for all of our Kids classes are suggestions. We understand each child is different and another class may be more appropriate. We are happy to make suggestions and are willing to move your child if need be. Please register in your child's name.
