Yes, "our nanny" is more appropriate and accurate than parents saying "my nanny." If you want to know how the nanny feels about that, just ask her. That's the proper thing to do.

Personally I am offended if a parent refers to me as their nanny. I am not their nanny. I am their child's nanny.

How you refer to someone speaks volumes about you.
