Personal issue ( my mom)

My previous nanny used to bring her sister at work.
Her sister was new in US . She was waiting for her Green card.
I never had any issue with them . They used to love my son dearly. They both work hard.
Unfortunately, they moved so I had to find another nanny.so far I had great experience.

Op here after few days I am checking my post. You guys have lots of time. I don’t have enough time to go through every post like you guys. Do you guys work full time?
I feel I am very lucky to find a nice family like my previous employer I am so happy

I can't imagine any job will give you 3 months of PTO before you even start working.

OP's mom is arriving (or already has arrived?) at just about the same time as OP would begin the new job. And is staying for 3 months.
