Well let's see, what's the difference in your pay since you are currently a "professional", and no longer a nanny? Btw, does that mean you weren't a professional nanny? Maybe that sheds some light here.

Bottom line is, you get what you pay for.

Yes I did say it was the nanny car because I didn't know there was a difference. Although if you read through the post I've said several times that the family (parents) use the car when I'm not here....

I meant nanny car meaning that I get to drive it while on duty. However while off duty it is the families car to use as they want and trash as they want then expect me to come behind and clean. Thank you

We have a nanny car that is driven primarily by the nanny. We sometimes use it as well, but rarely, as DH and I each also have our own cars. Keeping that car clean is part of the responsibility of our nanny. It's in our contract, in fact. And I leave her prepaid coupons for the nearest car wash.

If she said she wouldn't do it because we drive it about twice a month, she would be gone.
