| This post is really old and OP hasn't responded in a long time but I think the reason OP and others had a problem with what this particular nanny was doing was that she refused to let the parents see all the pictures. I have no problem with our nanny taking pictures of the children but it would be a pretty big red flag if she said I couldn't see them because they were only for her! |

| Clearly you have made a disturbing choice in nannies. If you don't trust her to be appropriate with a few photos why do you trust her with your child. Sounds like you have bigger issues, perhaps your own guilt at not having the opportunity to take photos like your nanny does, see a doctor and find out what your real problem is with this situation. |
