We traveled with nanny for a one week vacation. This morning she came wearing those tiny shorts that show the bottom of butt cheeks. First I feel embarrassed second, I am just uncomfortable with her dangling her naked self to my husband .

You are uncomfortable because her ass looks better than yours, its natural, but there isn't much you can do about it. Please don't try to tell your nanny how to dress; you trust her with your children, hopefully you trust her to be able to clothe herself (regardless of if it is to your taste or not).

I don't see how bringing your nanny on vacation previously correlates w/ what she wore today.

In any case, here is what I would do. I'd wait for a moment when it makes sense (she's picking something up off the floor, bending over to play w/ a kid, etc...) and say "Whoa - Jenny, I'm getting to know more of you than I need to w/ those shorts! Maybe those could be retired from workday duty?"

Hopefully that's all it will take.

It correlates in the sense that she probably carried bikini shorts to wear for the rest of the week...

Of course you need to tell her something if she dresses like that again. I son't care if my nanny has better ass than me. I want my nanny to look nice and neat not like a hooker!

A nanny shouldn't be wearing short shorts, period. One of my MBs once told me that while graciously giving a reference for a new agency, one of the questions the agency asked her was if I ever wore shorts to work. Since then, it's been pants every day for me. I think every professional should do the same.

I say fake, too. If you're the (bizarre) type of person to care about how "hot" your nanny is around your husband, you're not the type of person to wring your hands about what to do.
