It may have been a mistake for you to go with her. But it's your children that concern me and that revolving caregiver door. Not a good thing.

Guys don't hang out together at each others house. That hasn't happened since college. If they get together without spouses it's golf. Maybe there's good scenery there?

Nannies should not be wearing exclusively pants but most definitely not short shorts. This is coming from a mother and a nanny at the same time.
It's not professional and well, it's for their free time, not the time when she is around kids. She can always wear shorts that cover decently.
Some of you " ladies" need some basics on self respect and decency.

I would definitely make sure to talk to her about it, nicely enough and clear enough, no to scare her away but to send my point across. Young nannies are not necessarily thought this by their parents, and if they can't cover up, maybe you should look for a new nanny.

If your husband is the checking out young women in public on a family holiday type, he would be pretty stupid to go and check out his employee when there's a beach full of hot young women he can check out and avoid the chance of awkwardness if he gets caught.

I'm not a prude however I personally believe there is a time + place for wearing "Daisy Dukes."
And a nanny job is not one of them.
Just let her know that you would appreciate a little more discretion on the job please.

And it shouldn't bother you if she is around your husband in those if you truly trust him, right....??
