MBs would you care if your nanny met up with her sister/friend who is also a nanny on a regular basis?

The kids are the same age and have become VERY good friends and ask to play everyday. We usually do things like park, walks, playgroups, story time... Everything kid based.

What do you think

MB here. Given that the kids get along, I'd have no problem with it!

I would welcome it - play dates are great for kids - as long as you still kept a very close watch on my kids and didn't get caught up in conversation.

Why should anyone object, OP?

Another MB here - if the kids are similarly aged and get along well, the activities are kid-centric, and if I'm totally in the loop, then great. Sounds like a win for everyone!

I would be ok with it if you let me pay you half-rate while you are hanging out with your friend/relative. I have done this before with previous nannies who asked to run personal errands with my kid.

You win "the most stupid response" award of the week.

And you win both the "most obvious troll" and "most bitter poster" award. Congrats! @@

Sure! And I will pay half-attention to your child while doing it. Seems fair.

No surprise you have had "nannies" (plural).

Exactly. What a dumbass she is.

I wouldn't mind as long as you won't be upset if I add activities later on making this harder to schedule. Sounds great, but my priority would not be your social time.

Please don fall for the trolls. They come on to any thread where MBs respond in a positive way to ruin it. It happens on EVERY thread that starts out with positive MBs.

Sad you don't have the guts to just ask your nanny NOT to do it.

Saddler still that you are a pathetic little troll who has no life of her own.
