OP, you've never been around old people who aren't exhausted? How is that possible?

None of your teachers or bosses has ever been over 50? No one in any groups you're a member of?

+1. Our 63 year old nanny has more energy that DH and I combined and my 70 year old mother still works and works out with a trainer. Before our current nanny, our former young nanny, 24, had so many physical complains and excuses for why she couldn't walk the baby or pick up after him that DH and I started numbering them!

Early 60s isn’t really old. People are long haul pilots and surgeons in their early 60s, I was thinking you were going to say she’s 80! Worse thing that happened is the kids watch too much tv while she gets a break.
