For groceries I think she meant if the nanny eats their food or if they buy her things she likes so she can eat at the house

We pay $18 and hour and OT so that ends up at $850 or more per week. We do taxes etc so that’s another % we pay come tax time.

I pay way more than that per week. Additionally, I pay employer taxes, I pay for healthcare, etc. I also pay for cell phone, IRS, and gas.

PP here, since OP asked someone else about OT. No, my nanny very rarely works more than 40 hours a week. It's actually usually more like 35.
