Update: Wonderful nanny smokes, am I a bad mom to keep her?

I don't know what to say about her smoking or not smoking. What I do know is this if she isn't a smoker her car,clothers, hair or body shouldn't smell like smoke......unless she rode on the bus and sat beside a smoker. Nonetheless, please don't fool yourself she isn't the only good nanny out there. There are plenty excellent nannies, including myself. However, if you are happy with her smelly-self yourself, find out what your children whom I believed you love think. Children don't mix words they will tell you straight up....Give her sometime to change the stunk, or get rid of her for your children's health.
