OP, this is behavior is beyond unacceptable. We have a clause in our contract with our nanny that non-work-related use of cell phone/social media must be confined to nap times, and that violation of this provision is cause for termination without severance. You'd be fired if you spent your whole workday on the phone. You should fire your nanny; it's not that hard to line up back-up care till January. |
