Bullshit. It's not neglect. Feeding on schedule is perfectly normal. Not everyone has knee-jerk reactions like the OP who is clearly an inexperienced nanny without a clue.

I imagine a mother this rigid will only get worse as time goes on. I would not want to work in a situation like that.

I also see the huge value of schedules and how they he children thrive. But a mother who would not allow me to make judgememnt calls when a baby is sick wants a robot, not a nanny. Being that rigid is her choice, but if you stay or leave is your choice. Best wishes, op.

Guess what. Sometimes they scream after being fed and changed. What to do? Feed again? Feed all the time?
