An accident prone charge... How to explain why I am quitting

I commend the parents for making the child and the child's safety the number one priority. I have been a nanny for many years and have experienced that parents feel more at ease when a family member is around at least during the first couple of days. I have found it helpful to learn and understand the family. That is my job. It is not the job of the family to learn and understand me and how I feel they should react when their child is injured.

You should take another job. It is clear that your values do not align.
