How do you deal with gossip within your AP's circle of AP friends?

Yes, yes and yes. Now what? Try being a part of the solution. Sweeping this problem under the carpet is hurting the au pair program, children and families. Something needs to be done and right away.

Very curious - can you describe what steps you have taken so far to be "part of the solution"?
