I am a loving mother of two beautiful girls, ages 5 and 3 years old. I need a capable and responsible nanny ASAP. My current work hours are from 9am to 5:30pm typically unless I do OT. My husband is not working currently but is a student. The new quarter starts for him June 19th. He will be going to school Wed -- Friday weekly. He is also doing an orientation for a Detention Officer position, so at this point we are not sure what his work schedule will be or if he will have one. I would like a "I scratch your back, you scratch my back" type of arrangement. I will be paying for your transportation via Marta card or gas in your car, if you choose not to be an "in house" nanny. I will pay or provide for all of your food within the home. You have free usage of my cable and internet. And I will pay a bi-weekly allowance for your assistance, which will increase over time. What I need is someone to love and take care of my girls and my home as well as I would. My daughters will be starting school soon so the amount of hours needed will be limited, but the pay will not all together decrease. I need things done around my home as well. I MUST HAVE A CLEAN HOUSE AT ALL TIMES. I need the laundry to be done and I need my kitchen and bathrooms to be always clean. Pretty much, clean up after the girls and yourself...especially if I am not there. I am very involved with my girls growth. I am a clean person and I intend to keep my home clean as I always have. I need someone that is not going to make my job as a mother, a wife and a working woman harder...but I need someone that is going to assist me. I need someone that is going to take the initiative; who can openly communicate respectfully and honestly. I need someone that can lovingly provide instruction and care to my girls; play with them; assist them in their studies. I also need someone that respects our spiritual beliefs and does not try to impose their personal opinions. I also need someone that is not going to consider this a job all together, but I want them to feel they are a part of the family. I need someone with very high morals; someone that will respect my home and that I can trust when I am not there. A background check will be done as well as drug test. If you are looking for a very high paying job, this is not for you. Because you will be a part of the family, you will want for nothing. You don't have to worry about food, room and board or how you are going to get things that you need. I need someone who is loyal, and is looking to at least stay for about a good year to two. I had hired another nanny who has been with me for 6 months, but she is moving to Tennessee to live with her father, and is going back to school. My girls grew attached to her and she was like a younger sister to me, but I need someone that is stable. Rate: $75 / Week - $250 / Week |

If you don't like it, don't read it. |
| what's wrong with CL-WTFs. Those were the only reasons I used to read ISYN!! I dont' have the patience to search for them by myself lol. |
|
I actually like the CL WTFs.
Sometimes I wonder if the people are for real, or if they are just trying to get their own entertainment by seeing what kind of people would actually respond to that. |

Yep, I'm the person who posted that ad, it was off of the DC area Craigslist. If it was off a membership site like sittercity or any type of group where you have to register/be approved for membership or something, I would feel differently. |
| We are in need of a trustworthy, clean, and affordable caregiver Monday through Friday in your home for my 18 week old son (as of 6/5/13). We would drop him off around 7:15 or 7:30am and pick him up around 5:15 or 5:30 (sometimes earlier a couple of days out the week). I know the rate isn't much, but we were hoping to get someone older (possibly retired) who enjoys children and could use the additional income. We pay on time every week - no delays or excuses. We currently have a caregiver, however we'll be moving 30 - 35 minutes away from her area. |
