What I need is someone to love and take care of my girls and my home as well as I would. My daughters will be starting school soon so the amount of hours needed will be limited, but the pay will not all together decrease. I need things done around my home as well. I MUST HAVE A CLEAN HOUSE AT ALL TIMES. I need the laundry to be done and I need my kitchen and bathrooms to be always clean. Pretty much, clean up after the girls and yourself...especially if I am not there.

I am very involved with my girls growth. I am a clean person and I intend to keep my home clean as I always have. I need someone that is not going to make my job as a mother, a wife and a working woman harder...but I need someone that is going to assist me. I need someone that is going to take the initiative; who can openly communicate respectfully and honestly.

I need someone that can lovingly provide instruction and care to my girls; play with them; assist them in their studies. I also need someone that respects our spiritual beliefs and does not try to impose their personal opinions. I also need someone that is not going to consider this a job all together, but I want them to feel they are a part of the family.

I need someone with very high morals; someone that will respect my home and that I can trust when I am not there. A background check will be done as well as drug test.

If you are looking for a very high paying job, this is not for you. Because you will be a part of the family, you will want for nothing. You don't have to worry about food, room and board or how you are going to get things that you need. I need someone who is loyal, and is looking to at least stay for about a good year to two. I had hired another nanny who has been with me for 6 months, but she is moving to Tennessee to live with her father, and is going back to school. My girls grew attached to her and she was like a younger sister to me, but I need someone that is stable.
