My favorite is the gym douchebag thread. Blow drying of pubic hair in locker room!!!! Runner up is the lady who claimed to have 8 kids, a large home in Manhatten, an SUV, and no obvious source of income (that is the kind of income that would make this lifestyle at all possible).

I loved that thread because I knew EXACTLY what song OP meant even though I didn't know the name of it either. LOL.

Recently I enjoyed the one in parenting concerns where a future DW got the ultimate smack down from every single person in the 8 page thread because she had a problem with the divorce settlement her fiancé and ex wife had agreed upon. The ex had forgone alimony in exchange for a 22% stake in his company and OP was livid that she would have the ex "on the payroll forever." She seriously could not grasp that it wasn't her business, that the ex had taken a risk of getting 22% of nothing some years, and that the ex was basically an investor, not an employee. Killed me.

The Larla for repeat performances goes to the atheist poster affectionately known as Groundhog.

Groundhog usurped numerous religion threads to propound her theory that Christmas is derived from pagan celebrations of the birth of Horus and Mithras. The mythology police moved in and demolished her theory on historical and logical grounds at which point Groundhog retreated to saying there was no proof anyway that Jesus existed.
