Hi friends! I just wanted to say that I see your requests (and the past one that I haven't addressed yet) and I will post over the weekend. Even though there are much bigger things going on in our community right now, I'm looking forward to tracking down some pretty things to look at when I get a chance.

Hope everyone is safe and healthy.

EyeCandyOP you are totally awesome. I love this. Personally,
I don’t need anything, but this doesn’t stop me from silently shopping! Thanks again!

I'm up to a request about home bars. Seems timely.

Yellow bedrooms, emphasis on men's spaces.

I think balancing with grey or blue might make sense.

I know there's a dress there, but I just liked this one.

I know the walls aren't yellow, but...

Traditional style, sunken living room. This was hard...you might look at real estate listings in neighborhoods where you know the homes were built in the same era. Perhaps those might have some ideas?

Hello! We’re moving into a home with a large 3-sided stone wood burning fireplace that separates the kitchen and living area. We’re thinking of painting it either dark gray/black or white. The area is very bright with lots of windows and the walls, cabinets, floors, and counters are white/light in the kitchen and the wood floor in the living area is a lighter color, too.

I’m leaning towards dark but was wondering if you could find any inspiration to help us choose? Or overall advice? Thanks!

Kitchen & Dining Rooms with Lower Ceilings (not sure how low is low)...I don't think there was any direction about design style?

One more for the black and white kitchen person

Is the terra cotta floor person still around?

Hi OP! Can you please post pictures of living rooms that will withstand occasional kid use but not be a main family room? I.e. mostly need to couch to be a kid friendly color and fabric.

The Restoration Hardware belgian slope linened slipcovered couch has been amazing for us. We have had for 5 years with 2 small, extraordinarily messy children and two large labs and still in perfect condition. We wash the slipcover professional about 1-2 times a year. We have the dove grey.

The latest Quintessence video tour in London has low ceilings in the entertaining spaces (she talks about how she lacquered the ceiling). I think the ceiling and the mirrors are successful in what was probably a pretty dreary space before decorating.
