Not an issue that you know about your husband but is there a need for it to be publicized to the whole world?

She probably wouldn't have known her husband was a cheater if not for the hack.

The Police Captain made the devil smile twice. Once on the cheating, once on the suicide.

BTW, he did repent. He shot himself in a church parking lot.

And it is absolutely her right to know if her husband is cheating.

People who are happy about the backlash from the AM hack are evil. And I'm a cheated on spouse that is still recovering from the affair, its details and the divorce that came after it. I cannot believe how little empathy you have and how vindictive you are. Cheating is awful, but I wouldn't have wanted my ex to kill himself over it. Stop with the witch hunt, it's disgusting.

I hope my BIL offs himself.

How lovely for his parents, your sister or SIL, nieces and nephews. Bravo to you.

Applies to AM and to other less nefarious forms of communication.

Including anonymous DCUM?

It is really, really sad when someone can't see any other way out of a crisis and takes their own life.

I did think after the Duggar AM leak that I would have Josh on round-the-clock supervision at this point.

This hack is horrible. I have no pony in this race except humanitarian. To release this info..corrodes everyone's souls. You almost always know if your other is cheating, and the situation can be very complex. Finding out like this helps no one. Why can't the govt. Shut down the release of this kind of stuff? What is someone 'dumps' fifty million fed security clearances on the net? There needs to be a policy for quickly shutting this stuff down before it replicates. Where is the law on this? This is wrong.

Agreed. +1.

I'm not happy about the backlash and would prefer there were none. I do regularly observe, though, that what goes around comes around.

Most people aren't "happy" about it, it's like watching a train wreck. And half the passengers knew the train had a high chance of crashing, and took their spouse along for the ride without telling them it would wreck.
I haven't searched the database for anyone's name. I don't think most people are, expect spouses that already suspect their spouse may be cheating.

These men should have thought long and hard before cheating like scum bags. Give me a break. It was their choice, as is their suicide.
