This. 36DD. I dress as modestly as I can, but there’s just a lot to peek at.

I don't understand this at all. I am a 36DD and never show cleavage. I wear blouses, scoop necks, tank tops, v-necks...none of them have me showing cleavage. Does it have to do with the way your bra fits? My boobs don't squeeze together and form a cleavage line. They are separated and the skin right above my bra is flat.

NP here- how tall are you? I’m 5 feet tall and a 34DD. I have to wear camisoles under almost all of my tops and even then it’s hard to avoid showing clevage. I think it’s just because I’m so short the necklines are lower down than stores intend.

That was me - and I'm only 5'2" so I don't know what the difference is.

Zero tolerance, you dress for work not for sex. Wanna be a sex worker, go hit the light pole on the corner.

So that’s what he tells you, huh?

Everyone is different. They also change as you age. There are a few tops I can wear that do not show cleavage, but you still know I have a bosom. I am a 38G. Plus, I am one of those people who have sensitive necks and I cannot wear jewelry or shirts that are too tight (nothing within an inch of my collar bone). So, most days I do show a little cleavage, but nothing is ever hanging out- even at the beach.

I have small implants but never show “cleavage” unless I’m in a bikini.

I really can’t stand to see cleavage at work. It’s not appropriate. Ladies, here’s a fact: you’ll never be considered for senior positions with your breasts popping out of your shirt. Wear a higher neckline. Invest in scarves for extra modesty when your neckline is lower. Your clothes are your first statement about yourself. That statement should not be “look at my breasts”. Save that for date night.

Eh, depends who is making the decision on promotions. There are plenty of women who have used cleavage to their advantage in the office.

I have to agree. Last candidate who showed up for an executive level job before a board I'm on had cleavage on display (and not "my boobs are so big I can't help it" cleavage). I voted no.

She could very well choose to cover the cleavage but she does not. I think she's trying to attract men, maybe just for fun, or maybe send a signal to women that she has something they don't, so watch it.

You're socially awkward, aren't you?

That is the weirdest thing I've ever heard a man say or admit, gay or straight - all men - rich, poor, religious etc., love looking at boobs. I think you're an overweight, middle-aged woman and not a man. Pretty darn sure I'm correct.

Wow you are an idiot. Some boobs are better vs others and some you do not want to see. Yes if a man finds a women unattractive he does not want to see her boobs or anything else.

The nurse was trying to determine if you had an ED problem without having to ask you directly.

I'm 5'8" with a 36C and I rarely wear anything that shows cleavage. At my height my boobs are almost right in someones face and I don't care to be stared at. There are times when I'm out with my DH where I will show some cleavage because I do love some dresses where you just can't hide them. He knows that guys will check me out but he knows he's the one who gets to enjoy them. But even those dresses are never low cut.

So your kid will have a trashy mommy. Good for you.

The human body isn't trashy. Especially a pregnant human body.

Your response to the above poster was much nicer than what I would have said. What an ass for saying “trashy”.

If a man rejected a female candidate because of her appearance, there would be outrage, he would be called sexist and probably be fired.
