Do most adults eat a snack most days?

I eat snacks and dessert. I’m taller than average and a healthy weight. I work out a minimum of three times per week and am going back to six times per week soon. I’m 42 and my lab work always comes back normal.

It depends what you mean by snack. A banana or another piece of fruit, or a cup of tea? Then yes.

I eat 3 meals a day plus 3 snacks (mid morning, mid afternoon, and around 8-9pm).

My breakfast is small (yogurt and fruit) and my lunch is usually one item like a sandwich without any sides.

My snacks are foods like fruits, nuts, chia seed pudding or yogurt, a little cheese or almond butter with an apple, popcorn or pretzels, hummus and carrots. I try to make sure I have protein and fruit/veggies with my snacks.

When I’m bulking, yes. When I’m cutting, no.

Of course! Weirdos.

We tend to eat dinner at 8 so I often have a snack around 5, unless I ate lunch really late.

Multiple small meals works better for me. Breakfast, Lunch, “snack” and dinner.

I’m coming around to this. My bs is a little high but still in an okay range with type 2 strong in my family and I need to be closer attention as I get older.

On workout days, i have to have a healthy snack mid morning or my blood sugar goes berserk. Usually it's 1/2 protein rich sandwich and 1/2 pice of fruit. The remainer I eat as a light lunch after working out. Then light early dinner and I'm done.

I have a healthy snack around 430pm and then light dinner at 6. Fast 6/630 until 11.

I almost always have 2 small snacks a day. I've never been able to eat large portions of food at once and I usually workout almost every day.

Of course.

Loving the three-paragraph WIEAD (how little, that is) screeds. Never change, DCUM.

I never snacked until I moved to the US in my 30s. Now I feel like I snack all day long. I hate it.

The slim healthy adults do not, I can assure you.
