I realized today I do, and wonder if that’s normal. So, what do you do?
Even the most fit and healthy people I know usually have at least one snack per day in addition to meals. I suspect the average American has 2-4 snacks a day between meals. (mid morning, mid afternoon, after dinner).
No.
I rarely snack. No clue what others do.
Generally no, I don't snack.
Yup. I eat breakfast around 7am. A small snack around 10:30. Lunchtime close to 1pm. A snack when I get home from work at 4:30. Dinner at 7. It works for me.
|
I eat breakfast around 6am, lunch at 12:30, and dinner around 6:30. I do often have a snack around 4:30 (usually a piece of fruit) but don’t snack in the morning or after dinner. I’d prefer to eat a later breakfast and do on weekends, but my work schedule does not allow for that.
|
If I eat 3 meals, I don't snack. If one of my meals is really small (ie my kids leftover breakfast), then I tend to want a snack during the day.
I have a small snack when I get home around 4. I start my day early so lunch is us early (11).
Yes as normal people do
On weekdays, no...on weekends, yes
A million percent yes!
Don’t have an eating disorder, so yes
My meals are what other people call snacks.
I almost never snack. Three meals is plenty of food and more than our bodies need.
