ICE has had their ability to enforce immigration laws restored to previous levels, which were/are required to perform those task(s) for which they were created. ICE is a combination of civil and criminal authorities to protect national security and strengthen public safety. ICE is federal law enforcement agency.
If not "literally off the streets", where would you prefer that those in violation of the law be apprehended?

People are not being arrested for protesting...they are being arrested for breaking the law. If charged/prosecuted, they must be proven guilty in a court of law.

He was caught/disciplined for plagiarism during the law school stint. He also lied numerous times about his scholarship, his degrees, and where he finished in his class.
