What more evidence do Maga and Republicans need to understand that Trump is not good for our country?

Huh? Democrats are complaining about LEGAL immigrants being detained and incarcerated in foreign countries. I haven't heard a single national Democratic figure defending illegal immigration. And bragging that the border is "closed" isn't a selling point. Legal immigration and the free flow of goods, services, and tourism remains economically important. Democrats should be talking about the $90B of tourism that the Trump administration just threw away by scaring LEGAL tourists from other countries.

No-one cares about nuance. They care about the big picture. Democrats brought in millions of invaders, Republicans want them out, Democrats are resisting, fighting deportations, claiming closed borders are bad, etc. You’re “right” about the nuances, but your position is still ballot box poison.

DP. Then let it be poison, if people are that stupid. We need to know people are trying to stop a dictatorship takeover of the country that used to be the world’s leader just 3 months ago. People should see van hollen standing up for their rights more than the president trying to bankrupt them.

"Democrats" didn't bring in millions of "invaders". That was 100% Joe frickin Biden. Guess what? Biden is long gone now. Guess who isn't long gone and who continues to ruin the GOP reputation here and abroad? That would be Trump. We got rid of our elderly idiot. Perhaps you should try the same. It's a great feeling to have a clean slate to work with.

Dems have deported more persons and yet still managed to do it legally and without near the amount of drama, chaos and errors. And still managed to work on a bipartisan immigration plan that included funding more immigration judges. Facts seem to be the problem for the American people.

Your material is outdated. Get some new talking points.

How so? Democratic Senators just voted to keep biological males in the girls’ room, Democratic Senators are cheering to BLOCK deportations of illegals, and Democratic Senators are now planning to fly south of the border to personally get a deported illegal and bring them back! This is today’s Democratic Party. These are not popular positions.

You get zero nuance of anything you are posting. In your world, things are either black or white. No toupe, no grey, no charcoal. The world is a rainbow of colors and issues have a lot of nuance to them. What you are posting is simply false in a world with a rainbow of colors.

Trump as the sitting POTUS with his 35% approval rating will have plenty of influence on the 2028 election and the Dems won't have Biden's dark cloud hanging overhead.

Advantage Dems big time!

But Dems need a good candidate.

Just someone stable and competent.

Well, we had one person who was a two time senator and former secretary of state and we had another who was a DA, AG, two time senator and vice president and both were deemed to be not experienced or too giggly or something. So no, not buying it.

Ironic given 98% of the job growth and GDP growth since 1988 has been under democratic presidents. Also ironic given 58% of the national debt (and growing) happened under W. Bush and Trump.

Democrats didn't bring in millions of invaders. That is right wing BS that people like you have fallen for. If you are so upset about the immigration issue, then you should be really pissed at the GOP for thwarting 4 bills over 20 years that would have addressed the issue, but they tanked it to keep the issue alive and people like you angry.

Idiot alert.

Trump is spending more than Biden did. Hence the debt limit increase that republicans are supporting so that Trump can mortgage our collective future for his own personal profit. YOUR tax dollars are being misused and the only word you know how to say is “Dems”.

Same problem here. Spending always goes up, both parties suck. But optically, Republicans are cutting some programs and some bureaucrats, and Democrats are objecting to any cuts and any layoffs. Ballot box poison.

The GOP is cutting programs that make the US great on the world stage, the "soft power" and the regulatory environment that gives businesses and the finance industry "surety" as to the rules of the road. Businesses HATE what Trump is doing. They have no idea what rules they will be playing by, cannot make investments, zero M&A action and now, their European and Asian counterparts are soaking up marketshare which puts the US into an economic death spiral.

Can you name a single program that has been cut that was actual waste, fraud and abuse? If there is fraud, then why haven't charges been levied? And why is it that China and Russia are moving at lightening speed to replace the US in the "soft power" game if the programs were so bad and wasteful?

Unforced error by people who NEED to feel smart. Terrible politics. I’m a longtime Democratic Party voter and donor and I didn’t like Hillary. Everyone called me a stupid racist Putin dupe for not loving Hillary enough. I got the message. Now I’m out on Democrats and working hard against them. All because they called me stupid. Multiply me by tens if millions. Insulting people whose votes you need is what’s REALLY stupid.

They voted for Trump. It is self-evident.

We don’t have a clean slate. Hatred of Trump is causing us to double down on our support for illegal immigrants. Which reduces our support from citizen voters.

We are arguing that “Biden’s” millions of new illegals deserve years of due process, access to court systems for citizens, support while they wait, etc. we own them if we’re not willing to support their deportation. Biden brought them in and we’re glad he did. We strongly prefer them to Trump voters!

There are these things we used to have called primary elections where POTUS candidates present themselves and their platforms to the party electorate and then voters select the candidate they feel is best suited to represent the party as their nominee in a state by state manner. That process is where "good" candidates come from. We are moving on from the days of mega-donors selecting a nominee years in advance based on who is most likely to look after the interests of those wealthy donors. Be patient. It's a process.

Trump sucks. Biden sucked. Trump is still relevant and destroying the future of the GOP. Biden is long gone and never to be heard from again as the Dem Party moves on to a better future. Advantage Dems- big time!

No one supports deporting illegal
Immigrants. Deporting is not the same as sending people (without due process) to a gulag. I don’t know why any of us even try to use logic with you people. It’s impossible. You just keep regurgitating Fox News talking points without actually addressing the points being brought up.

No. You don't get to foist that off for convenience. That was a platform of your party. We're not going to rewrite history here.

Review four years of DCUM posts and the leftist progressive idiocy (redundant).

Wrong again pea-brain. That was never a party "platform". Refer to Obama, Clinton or any real POTUS for how legitimate border security policy works. Biden is basically dead. Trump is alive and kicking with his agenda to destroy all GOP party credibility. Enjoy!
