Oh, but how wrong you are. Is it your contention he was here legally? Is it your contention he is a US citizen? Is it your contention he is not a citizen of El Salvador? Everything you said is untrue...every single thing. |
I know of an instance when DOJ was sanctioned for $$$. It has happened before. It may happen here. The Supreme Court said that the District Court order is in effect with one clarification. The court order asks for daily status updates addressing 3 bullet points. So far, they haven't provided those, in spirit or letter. Just fix the mistake. That's all. This isn't an Article II issue. It's a contempt issue and disobeying a court order. Everyone knows this. |
You know they didn't read the order. MSNBC read it for them & told them what to think. |
The order from the Supreme Court said that the District Court order, with one clarification, is still in effect. You should read it. |
You seem to missing the point that even the Supreme Court agrees that doesn’t matter now. Even the Trump administration says deporting him was an error. |
They also instructed the government to be cooperative. In that very same sentence. |
Indeed. From the Supreme Court order: "The United States acknowledges that Abrego Garcia was subject to a withholding order forbidding his removal to El Salvador, and that the removal to El Salvador was therefore illegal. " |
He was here legally under TPS status granted in 2019 when Trump was president. Obviously not a US Citizen - yet. |
So the deportation wasnt an error -- it was simply where he was sent. That is a big difference. |

Simultaneous while his attorney and family is working to get him return after the U.S. Supreme Court agreed unanimously he should be return, his. Attorneys should sue for slander and personally name Karoline Leavitt. |
They should being him back, fast track his asylum hearing, and if they find that there is no longer a threat from the gangs for the pupusa business, send him right back.
That will satisfy the legal requirements, right? |
Yes, BUT now he will be in danger in El Salvador because it will make the president look bad. |
He went before an immigration judge in 2019 and was told he cannot be deported to Salvador based on the danger to his life in that country. So if he was to be deported, that was the one country, he was not supposed to be deported to. So while he is not a US citizen and is yes, a citizen of El Salvador, he was in our country due to the danger to his life. And should not have been deported to that country. Why shouldn't he be allowed to get due process which is part of the constitution! Remember that document? that is the biggest issue here he should've been given due process. He was snatched off the streets w/out an arrest warrant and then just sent to the one country he was not supposed to be sent to. |
Yes, he may have been in danger in 2019. So it is perfectly valid to evaluate if he is in danger in 2025. Many of the gang members threatening him may be in CECOT. |
