If course the US is paying for his imprisonment. He was initially in the tda plane but after the court hearing, they changed it to "INA". Either way, we sent him to CECOT. And there he lies. |
lol sure |
Show us where the judge said this. |
Actually, we do not know this. And we do not know this because the government refuses to disclose the terms of the agreement. |
You’re confusing our contract for citizens not of El Salvador who Venezuela refuses to take back. Different gang, different citizenships at hand. |
She has asked them what they have done to comply with the opinion of the Supreme Court. She is under no obligation to give a definition at this point |
You better call Saul because you are among the worst internet legal eagles ever. |
Where did the judge outline that they need to outline this? She hasn’t even clarified “facilitate” yet. I imagine DOJ will eventually need to certify in court that ES is paying. |
CECOT has both categories of prisoners. That doesn’t mean anything. His category was changed because he was an alternate on the plane. |
More name calling with zero argument behind it. How boring. |
lol she is the judge who was told by SCOTUS to clarify the order with deference to executive power! Didn’t you read the order? |
What argument? Xinis is setting up contempt charges. Which the government deserves, since they are not bothering to bring him back, as they have been ordered. |
Who cares? We all know she is. There is no way for her to enforce anything because she doesn’t control the DOJ. This is all going back to SCOTUS once she outlines what expects the government to do, and they appeal claiming it’s an encroachment on article 11 powers. It ends there. SCOTUS isn’t going to dictate foreign relations. At most she gets a PR boost on the left but this issue as a whole isn’t helping the left. |
An argument against what I wrote. Your post was name calling with no substance. Grow up. |
Judges can impose civil fines and they can deputies private citizens to enforce civil contempt penalties which can include jail. |
