He's not an innocent man. He was here illegally, found to be an MS-13 gang member twice. He had a hearing and an appeal. He was under court order to self-deport. He failed to do so. He is a citizen of El Salvador, not the U.S.. The gang he claimed to be threatened by if he returned to El Salvador no longer exists, nor does the overall situation in that country. His removal under US State Department Policy [b]IS[/b] a military action and is not subject to judicial review. Understand?[/quote]

"The United States acknowledges that Abrego Garcia was subject to a withholding order forbidding his removal to El Salvador, and that the removal to El Salvador was therefore illegal. "[/quote]
