So... Is SCOTUS really corrupt enough to hand Trump the country?

It shows they know little of human nature and history if they assume all future presidents would have that baseline. Our founding fathers knew better.

Lol.... assumptions about who may or may not win a future election has no influence on the decisions rendered by the SCOTUS. You have no clue what our highest judicial authority is all about or what the members of that court go through to get appointed and confirmed. Read a book, please.

People like Roberts, Kagan, & Gorsuch didn't walk the perfectly straight line up the judicial ladder for decades while passing numerous clearances and background checks just to fumble it all away for one idiot POTUS that will be gone in 4 years. Use your brain. Think. Read.

Call it what you may. I draw the line when people disrespect our Constitution and our foundation of Democracy. One bad POTUS doesn't erase what we sent our very young and brave people to die on a beach in Europe for. Because SCOTUS Justices don't "play along" with anything or anyone. They are lone wolfs that are sometimes in agreement with other Justices and sometimes not. These people aren't bought and paid for Congress members with tainted obligations.

I have the greatest respect for the Supreme Court, I am a lawyer. I see their familiarity, and lack of familiarity, with people and their nature every day. I also see that Supreme Court opinions are not static, they revisit issues and refine rulings, sometimes significantly.

I have the greatest respect for the Supreme Court, I am a lawyer. I see their familiarity, and lack of familiarity, with people and their nature every day. I also see that Supreme Court opinions are not static, they revisit issues and refine rulings, sometimes significantly.


Not static and never perfect in the eyes of all but collectively, SCOTUS members have always been loyal to the Constitution and the American people. There are institutions that deserve some questioning of their integrity but the SCOTUS isn't one of them.
