Hi I chose the Kensington Parkwood ES for my daughter. We plan to move around those zones.
When I searched in the web, the zone is not wide.

We're moving to Rockville area in coming month from Chicago. I found Holy Cross Elementary school in Garrett Park. I'm single mom, so I need after-care program.
Could you give me the feedback about this school? I have pre-K kid. My friend recommended Our Lady of Lourdes catholic school in Bethesda.
They have also pre-K program. Which school do you like?
I'm thinking that mi kid goes to pre-K and kindergarten in the catholic and then goes to public elementary. My colleagues do not recommend.

I really appreciate all responses. My working place is in College Park, so I should consider the distance b/w work and home. Otherwise she should use morning and late afternoon program b/c of the traffic.
Currently we're living in Beltsville which is not good for us. There is no many fun things for her. So, I want to move more big community.
I've searched her school last several months by less info. Recently I knew this web. I'm so glad to get your responses. I hope we can find good place and school. Thank you very much!!!

Seneca Academy in Darnestown (close to the northern part of Rockville and further south than Clarksburg) has an open house tomorrow for its preschool. For 10 months, it's about $1,500 a month, but you'll have to start paying tuition in July for September, so you might have to double up on day care and preschool costs for a couple of months.
Goddard School in Gaithersburg is more preschool like, even though it's a day care.
