Any other recent feedback on FBCC-CDC in Clarendon? I am trying to decide if it's worth taking a tour. Particularly interested in the two-year-olds class.
I'm interested in parents' experience and feedback on these full-day centers in North Arlington. My child is 15 mos and we have toured some of them and have been on wait lists for some of them for quite some time. How long did you have to wait to get in, and have you been happy with the quality of education, administration, etc?

Rosslyn Children's Center
Bright Horizons at VA Square (FDIC)
Ballston Children's Center
Clarendon Child Care Center
Children's International -Arlington Blvd location
Little Ambassadors (may be too new for feedback yet?)

Thanks in advance!
What is the realistic wait time for a spot at CCCC? I know that it is very small compared to sone of the other centers. My child will be 2.5 in March 2013 and I'm wondering when he would actually have a chance of getting in.
I think Children's Montessori House in Arlington and Arlington Montessori House do.
I am interested in hearing feedback as well. I am taking a tour next week and considering enrolling my child next fall.

BTW, tuition for a two-year-old full-time (5 days a week for a full day) is currently $335 per week. It goes down a little if your child is older or more if your child attends for fewer days (2 or 3 full days per week). It is higher than a lot of other places, but not the highest I've seen in Arlington for full-time care.

Any other suggestions?
Hello OP, just wondering how things worked out for you? I am having the same dilemma about renting versus buying a pump (and have the same questions about whether you have to tell the hospital in advance that you would like to rent, or whether they are readily available, whether all bottles work with all pumps, etc.). Any input you feel like sharing would be greatly appreciated! And anyone else who has had experiences with these issues...feel free to chime in! I will be delivering at Virginia Hospital Center but I think experiences at other hospitals would be relevant too.

A nurse told me that the personal Medela pumps available in stores are not really that much better than other brands, they are just marketed the most heavily, so more women end up choosing them. I wonder if anyone has opinions on that, since they seem to be highly recommended on this thread. (She was referring to the ones available in stores, not the hospital-grade Medela pumps, which I've heard are very good.)

Thanks in advance for answers to any of these questions.
