Any recent comments? We are considering this center but it would mean uprooting my child from a center that we are happy but not thrilled with.

How do you compare Clarendon Child Care Center with First Baptist Church of Clarendon Child Development Center?

What is the realistic wait time for a spot at CCCC? I know that it is very small compared to sone of the other centers. My child will be 2.5 in March 2013 and I'm wondering when he would actually have a chance of getting in.

Heard that CCCC is really great... excellent teachers, caring and warm teachers, small-size groups, excellent communication between parents and teachers, dedicated and wonderful director and assistant director, etc. The reason they have a really long waiting list is that they only have about 40 children, but there are so many families wishing to get in... so the waiting time is probably two years at least. Is there anyone who has been to Clarendon Child Care Center? Any feedback? We're on the waitlist.

It is fabulous. Both of our children went there and still talk about it years later. Great teachers -- lots of creativity, outside time, science, learning through play. Can't say enough about the quality of the staff.

Are people getting on the waitlist while they are pregnant since the program doesn't start until 2.5?

I was 5 months pregnant when I signed my child up on the waitlist back in 2012!! My child won't even start until 2015 and I am not a single digit on the wait list.

I'm pp. I meant to say my child won't even be eligible until 2015 (2.5 yrs old) to enroll.

Any recent updates on this place? Either recent opinions/reviews on this place or reports on waitlist movement? The most recent posts on this place are from 2014, though perhaps it's because it's such a small place.
