Anyone at Glynn Jones Salon on King st. in Old Town
I agree with everything people have said about improving diet/keeping only healthy foods in the house.

Maybe he needs to change jobs. This might sound out of the question, but if it's the source of his reasons for not making lifestyle changes, then maybe that's where the first change has to be.

Also, you can hire a personal trainer to come work you out in your home. That way he'll get some scheduled exercise and diet tips from someone besides just you. Good luck!
I'm not sure if you're still looking but my trainer is fantastic. He comes to my house (Upper Georgetown) and trains both my husband and myself. We've gotten great results with him, including a big improvement in my husband's skiing (which he specifically trains for). My stylist has used him during and following her pregnancy is very happy with him, as well. After having interviewed several trainers, he is, in my opinion, by far more knowledgeable than most trainers. He met with us for free to discuss training before we signed on. If you're interested, his number is 202-714-6262 Sean Berard, Body of Your Dreams personal training
I think it depends on the kind of training you do. He offers packages, too. He has some rates posted on his website: bodyofyourdreams.net but you should contact him...my rates were adjusted from those posted. When I was shopping for trainers, I figured out that some people are just "certified" as trainers because they can't get work in real estate (or whatever) right now. They charge less, but you get what you pay for. Sean is a superior trainer and his rates are a bargain!
