I definitely take them every day! I take a powder form that is taken like a pixie stick, to ensure best absorption. Tastes great, is portable, and kids love it as well....

I use Nerium's Double-Cleansing Botanical Face Wash; it cleanses like nothing I've ever used before including hard to remove eye makeup. It's oil based, that then lathers with water.
