The Yorktown soccer teams (boys & girls teams) are hosting a soccer clinic on April 15th (APS teacher work day). More information is below. Don't wait too long to sign up, we typically reach full capacity quickly.

I just heard that the PAC (Falls Church) girls 2010 team may be taking additional players.

My son played on PAC for a number of years and benefited tremendously. More than half of his team now plays ECNL or MLS-next in high school.
The Monday after spring break is an APS teacher work day. Each year the Yorktown soccer teams host an dall day camp that day for 2nd to 7th graders.

More information and registration are found here: https://yhsboosters.org/soccer-clinic/

Looks like the Yorktown HS soccer teams are hosting a soccer clinic on a teacher workday in April. 2nd to 7th graders.

My son did it a few years back and loved it. Very cool to be doing drills and being coached by "the big" high schoolers.

Ah, welcome to the club!!
Arlington Red and the top McLean team aren't the B and C. Arlington Red is their top team - no?

Plus let's be honest: Arlington's Academy program on just on a different level altogether.
Just wanted to call out how impressive the PAC Falls Church team has been in developing their players.

Over the last 2 years, the PAC 07 boys team has seen: 3 boys invited to play on Arlington's Red Team (2 of whom frequently guest play for the Academy level team), another one try out and get on the Red Team, a slot on their White Team (despite missing try-outs), and someone joining the top McLean team.

In terms of development - that's pretty impressive.
Go to uppity coffee shops (e.g., Northside Social in Falls Church, Mosaic District, etc.) during the day and look for men (patrons) who are working remotely there.
OP - Ah got it. That makes sense.
OP - ya I'm white. What's that have to do with anything.
Just moved into a house for a short-term rental. Never talked to or interacted with the next-door neighbor, yet they (couple) seem to hate us.

We wave, they look away. I try to introduce myself and they are super curt - almost acting disgusted - and walk away. When they're talking to other neighbors and I walk up, they completely ignore my presence and won't look in my direction.

Do I:

1) Not care and move on with my life
2) Act super nice - kill them with kindness
3) Just ask them: 'hey, have we done something to offend you at some point in the last few weeks?'

Something else?
I fit all of OP's requirements but am married. Truth be told: I also do NOT think she is being unreasonable. Plus in a major urban area like DC, you'd have to think there are plenty of men who fit her criteria.
