Some women crave nothing but fried chicken all pregnancy long. I would say that during the pregnancy --keep your veggie and fruit intake high and eat a reasonable amount of anything else. You can work off the pregnancy weight later with diets like dukan diet weight loss coaching but that doesnt mean you throw excercising out the window. Walking is a great way to do lighter excercise on a regular basis and make sure you don't gain an enormous amount of weight and yet be able to indulge in those cravings.
