I do
Spinach, frozen blueberries, I use chocolate protein powder, plain yogurt, a little water or rice milk

Or

Spinach, banana, peanut butter, protein powder, plain yogurt

Just add spinach or kale to any smoothie you make already

I make mine with almond milk, a little greek yogurt, a banana, a few big handfuls of spinach and/or kale, and some frozen mango and/or frozen pineapple.

I use spinach, Greek yogurt, whatever fruit I want (usually frozen banana, pineapple, and berries), flax seed, and either a little bit of orange juice or almond milk, plus a little water.

Almond milk (I used Almond Smooth unsweetened vanilla from Trader Joe's); one scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder; one tablespoon ground flax; one tablespoon peanut butter; half a banana (broken into chunks first and then frozen); half a bag of baby spinach (I buy on sale and keep in the freezer) or a cup of spinach and a cup of frozen kale.

I use spinach, half a banana, half a cup of frozen blueberries, and 2 T flax meal. I just use water as the liquid.

I like spinach, avocado, banana, pineapple, oj, and mango, with a little ice.

Any suggestions for a savory green smoothie?

My go-to green smoothie (sweet, obviously) is:

small amount of soy milk and orange juice
lots of spinach - about 8 oz
frozen strawberries (half of the small bags you get at Whole Foods)
frozen raspberries (entire small bag)

Makes 2 large servings.

Hey!

One thing I love that works with all those savory smoothie ingredients (especially kale) are Stevia drops. They seem SO expensive... but the tiny bottle I've had for months and I use it for everything, baking, smoothies, and with almost every drink I make myself (perfect for sweet tea!)...

AH this is exactly what I do as well.

I also make one with honeydew, spinach, greek yogurt, and almond milk. Another with peanut butter, spinach, banana, almond milk, and greek yogurt. All are about 250 calories and I usually have them for dinner.

OP, if you are like me and clueless in the kitchen and need specific instructions:

1C spinach
1C liquid (water, almond milk, rice milk, whatever. I just use water)
1 banana
1/2 c frozen pineapple (or whatever fresh/frozen fruit you like. Frozen makes it smoothie-er)
1/2 c frozen mango

Delish.
