I'm trying to do a little advance planning for my soon-to-be born DS's bris. My 2 bed 2 bath apartment isn't big enough for more than a handful of people. It's too bad my condo bldg doesn't have a community room. I could use my parents' house but they live in Baltimore and I don't think my friends will travel that far on a weekday. Does anyone have any ideas on locations for the bris?? I'm hoping to bring in deli platters and sandwiches. Thoughts??
At my 20 week ultrasound the tech told me I have an anterior placenta. He told me that it was likely that I wouldn't be feeling movement for a few weeks. That was so comforting to hear since everything I read said I should start feeling movement around 16 weeks. I didn't feel my baby move until about 22 weeks and it was infrequent.
I've had a great experience thus far with the Medical Faculty Associates at GWU. I see Dr. Gorelick and she's great! I've heard good things about the other docs too. They have a new office at 2300 M Street which is MUCH calmer and serene than the office on the GW campus. I recommend going there!
I'll be 15 weeks this week and I'm exhausted. In fact, I'm more tired now than I was during my first trimester. Everything I've read indicates more energy during your second trimester. Has anyone else experienced this much exhaustion in the 2nd trimester? (Going to take a nap while I wait for your responses!)
I'm looking for recommendations for an OB/GYN who delivers at GW Hospital. I'm only 7ish weeks pregnant and have seen a nurse practitioner at Reiter Hill once. After reading all the comments on Sibley I'm reluctant to deliver there. I think it's early enough in my pregnancy that I can switch
Any suggestions for an OB/GYN who delivers at GW hospital is much appreciated!!
