Hello Ladies,
I just recently decided to take some time out for myself and get some ME time which for awhile I thought was very selfish but after just this week have come to the conclusion that it is necessary not just as a woman but for me to be a better wife and mother. I joined a personal training studio the name of it is One World Fitness its in NW DC, I heard about it from a girlfriend and the first thing I thought to myself was personal training it must be super expensive and I don't have the time! Well, finally my friend convinced me to go for a consultation and I had a ball, I got a great workout in and got to sit down with a trainer and talk about my goals and what I wanted to change with my body( to be quite honest with you it was nice to talk about myself for a change

Anyways, they got me on a personalized training program and I have been working with a trainer 3 times a week and I not only get a great workout in but they are kid friendly and have no problem if I bring my son with me if I can't find a babysitter(which is always a plus) Since I started working out I have noticed that not only am I shrinking weight wise but my energy has sky rocketed and I feel all around amazing! So, anyways my point to this post is TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOURSELF! Ultimately, your helping your family and yourself so everyone benefits.
